Refund policy


  • Non-Refundable Retainer Fee: To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer is required. No services or dates are held without this retainer.
  • Payment Deadlines:
    • 55% of the total balance is due after your invoice is issued.
    • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event. If your event is within 30 days, 100% payment is required at booking.
    • Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation or a $150 reinstatement fee.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Square (invoice link sent directly)
    • Cash (must be in person and confirmed with a receipt)
    • Zelle (by approval only)
    • No CashApp or Venmo are accepted.
