Retainer Fee

To officially secure your event date and begin the planning or design process, a non-refundable retainer fee of $500 or $1000  is required at the time of booking.

This retainer goes toward your total package balance and guarantees:

• Reservation of your event date on our calendar
• Initial planning and preparation time
• Vendor outreach, consultation, and design prep (if applicable)
• Commitment of resources, staff, and materials for your event

Please note:

All retainer fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the retainer is paid and a signed agreement is in place.
