To officially secure your event date and begin the planning or design process, a non-refundable retainer fee of $300 or $500 is required at the time of booking.
This retainer goes toward your total package balance and guarantees:
Reservation of your event date on our calendar
Initial planning and preparation time
Vendor outreach, consultation, and design prep (if applicable)
Commitment of resources, staff, and materials for your event

All retainer fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the retainer is paid and a signed agreement is in place.
