BOOKING TERMS & SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum booking of $1,000 is required for all catering services. This minimum ensures proper preparation, staffing, and overall event execution.
A $600 service and labor fee will be applied to all bookings. This fee covers setup, breakdown, and standard service labor.
Please note: The service fee does not apply toward or reduce the $1,000 minimum for à la carte or custom-built menus.
Serving staff is required for passed items and is billed at $150 per server, per hour. Staffing needs will be determined based on menu selections, guest count, and service style.
