Breakdown:

Month-Of / Day-Of Coordination — $800

(50 guest and under) (Anything over 50 guest count requires a assistant coordinator) ($1,500)

Perfect for couples who’ve planned their wedding but want a professional to take over the final details and execute their vision seamlessly.

What’s Included (30–60 Days Out):

• Full review of provided vendor contracts & timelines
• Customized wedding day timeline or Review 
• Vendor communication takeover
• Final venue walk-through coordination
• Ceremony processional planning review client creation
• Layout & floorplan review
• Vendor confirmations week-of
• Unlimited communication during your coordination window (during business hours)
• Emergency management & backup solutions

Day-Of Coverage Includes:

• One Lead Coordinator on-site 
• 1-2 assistants based on guest count 
• Vendor arrival & check-in supervision
• Ceremony lineup check 
• DJ/music cueing (Following the approved timeline)
• Minor décor touch-ups  (welcome tables, small table signage, favors, candles, etc.)(nothing heavy or require assembly)
• Timeline management from start to finish
• Up to 8hrs (service ends after reception dinner or cake cutting) (based on timeline)(or booked hours)

Ceremony-Only Coordination — $600

Designed for couples who only need professional management of the ceremony portion.

Includes:

• Vendor arrival management
• Bridal party lineup check (make sure each is present and in correct ORDER) & cueing for start of ceremony 
• Music & processional cueing (if there’s a music change for each group)
• Ensure entry to ceremony is shut off at the start time 
• Ceremony timeline oversight
• Minor décor placement (unity things)
• Coordination of officiant, photographer & musicians
• 4hrs

Coordination + Minor Setup Package — $2,500

Ideal for couples who need structured coordination plus help with lightweight setup.

Includes Everything From Month-Of Coordination, PLUS: (up to 150 guest) anything over includes a $150 increase per 50ct! (Helps with needed staff)

• Minor décor setup (welcome tables, centerpieces you provide, signage, favors, candles, etc.)
• Minor breakdown assistance (guest book packup)
• Tabletop décor styling (items provided by client)
• Liaison with décor vendors (Based off approved floor plan)
• Full reception execution support
• End-of-night vendor load-out coordination
• Timeline oversight from start to finish
• Up to 10hrs
• 1 Lead Coordinator & 1-2 assistants based on guest count

Additional Hours:

$75 per hour
