Created for brides who want a more hands-on experience with virtual day-of coordination. This service provides full planning support plus real-time virtual guidance leading up to and on your wedding day.

Everything in the Standard Package, plus:

• Day-of Virtual Coordination Assistance — I serve as your virtual point of contact for your coordinator or designated helper, ensuring your timeline is followed precisely.
• Vendor Communication Oversight — I check in with vendors the week of your wedding to confirm arrival times, setup details, and final logistics.
• Digital Rehearsal & Timeline Review — A final virtual call to walk through your ceremony and reception flow so everyone knows their role.
• Morning-of Access Virtual support for questions, last-minute issues, or confirmations as your day begins.
• Post-Wedding Wrap-Up Call.  Final call to ensure all items, rentals, and vendor follow-ups are completed smoothly.

Power Hour Service:

This is for brides who have an idea of what they want but want professional input and expertise to help them achieve their goals for their day. Please understand the rates start at $150. The $150 cover the full hour and the experience, knowledge, and collaboration of ideas that the client can potentially benefit from.
