DIY Setup Service – Client Provided Décor

This service is for clients who provide all décor items but need a professional team to execute setup and ensure a polished, event-ready look.
We bring your vision to life based on your layout, instructions, or inspiration—without the stress.
PRICING TIERS (Based on Guest Count, Table Count & Staffing):
Guest seating estimated at 8–9 guests per table
Tier 1: Intimate Events (Up to 25 Guests)
Starting at $700
- Up to 3 Tables
- 1 Setup Attendant
Tier 2: Standard Events (26–75 Guests)
Starting at $900
- Up to 8–10 Tables
- 2 Setup Attendants (required)
Tier 3: Large Events
(76–150 Guests)
Starting at $1,300
- Ceremony & Reception coverage
- Up to 16–18 Tables
- 3–4 Setup Attendants (based on final count & timeline)
Guest Counts Over 150:
Starting at $1,850 minimum
- Staffing and pricing adjusted based on total tables, setup complexity, and timeframe
What’s Included:
- On-site setup of all client-provided décor
- Placement of table settings, centerpieces, signage, and décor items
- Light styling and adjustments for a cohesive, elevated look
- Event breakdown (collection and consolidation of items only)

After-Hours Fee:
If your event end time is 11:00 PM and requires our team to remain onsite past 11:59 PM, an additional $375 after-hours fee will be applied.
Staffing & Scope Note:
Table counts beyond listed limits, added décor areas, or tight setup windows may require additional staff and will increase pricing.
Important Details:
- All décor must be onsite, organized, and ready at time of arrival
- Setup is based strictly on provided instructions or approved layout
- No design, rentals, or sourcing included
- Delays or unprepared items may result in additional fees
Cleanup Policy:
Cleanup is not included.
Full cleanup (trash removal, table clearing, venue reset) is available for an additional $500.
Booking Policy:
35% retainer due remaining balance due 20 days prior to event.
